What we collect. When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your organization, phone number, desired timing, area of interest, and a description of your project.

Why we collect it. Inquiry information is used only to review your message and respond to you about the work you described. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

How it is stored. Inquiries are stored in the website's private database. They are visible only to authorized IPM administrators, are not displayed on any public page, and are not accessible through the public website.

Cookies and tracking. This website does not set advertising cookies, run third-party advertising pixels, or build visitor profiles. Basic technical logs may be kept by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.

Service providers. The site runs on a hosted platform that stores form submissions and serves the pages. Those providers process data on our behalf and do not receive it for their own marketing use.

Retention. Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to them, and to keep a record of business correspondence. You may ask us to delete an inquiry you submitted.

Your choices. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of an inquiry you submitted, send a new inquiry through the contact form and note that it is a data request.

Children. This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes. If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new review date.
