Image Pro Management
—Leadership

The people accountable for the work.

IPM is led by three principals who work directly on client engagements. Strategy, programs, technology, and delivery are held in one coordinated group rather than separate departments.

01

James Boyce

Chief Executive Officer

Firm direction, client relationships, and organizational leadership.

James Boyce serves as Chief Executive Officer of Image Pro Management, where he leads the firm's direction and its client relationships. His leadership background spans military service and public service, with experience in program implementation, business planning, financial coordination, and organizational leadership. He is also the founder of Banah Men™ and M.O.R.E.™, related initiatives focused on personal development, strengthening families, and purpose-driven work. That commitment shapes how IPM approaches engagements: disciplined planning, honest communication, and follow-through that holds under pressure.

02

Darrel Jones

Managing Partner, Strategy & Programs

Strategy, program design, and coordinated implementation.

Darrel guides strategy, program development, and partnerships at Image Pro Management, working with clients to clarify direction, sequence the work, and build the relationships that carry a plan forward. His focus sits between vision and execution: defining objectives that can be measured, aligning the people accountable for them, and keeping programs moving through the milestones that matter. He is also Co-Founder of Banah Men™, home to M.O.R.E.™ initiatives advancing faith, personal growth, and purposeful leadership, bringing the same emphasis on structure, discipline, and accountability to that work as he does to every client engagement.

03

Fernando Brooks

Managing Partner, Technology & Operations

Operations, workflows, and practical technology decisions.

As Managing Partner for Technology & Operations, Fernando Brooks leads the firm's operational and technology work: improving workflows, organizing information, and identifying the practical tools that support how a business actually runs. He works directly with clients to make operations documented, repeatable, and easier to sustain.

Work directly with the people who lead the firm.

Engagements are led by one of the principals, with the others coordinating the disciplines their work requires.
